The Company
Dhanes Company was established in 1993 in Trenton, New Jersey as a supplier of Dhanes ® Linseed Oil, a popular artist’s medium. Since then, our product line has grown to include a wide assortment of artists’ mediums and varnishes to satisfy the need of artists throughout the Northeast Region. We are currently involved in the research and development of other artists’ materials, such as brushes, canvases and oil colors.
Dhanes Company was started by a chemical engineer with over 20 years of formulating experience. Each product that carries the Dhanes label are manufactured under strict Quality Control and are certified by the Arts & Creative Materials Institute (ACMI). Dhanes mediums were formulated to be compatible with a wide assortment of quality artists’ oil colors.
